Sandi’s Yoga Basics classes are for you if you are looking to start or to refresh your yoga practice with a steady foundation in postural yoga (āsana) including: yogic breathing, safe alignment in poses and transitions, and tools for intentional concentration. No experience necessary and all levels are welcome! If you feel any hesitation about joining a group yoga class, you can start with a private class to get individual attention and familiarity with practice!
